How do you manage your daily hustle? If you're like most of the respondents from our online surveys, you probably utilize a calendar to keep yourself organized. In an era where everything seems to be going digital, what is the preferred method to track time and manage a schedule?
Our latest poll tells an interesting story. With the response received from 36,452 participants, we discovered that the majority, precisely 31.6%, lean towards Digital Calendars like Google Calendar or Outlook. But does this spell an end for traditional paper planners and wall calendars? Not exactly. Our poll also reveals a significant number of people sticking with analog methods. Wall calendars were the preference for 20.4% of respondents, while paper planners attracted a 16% user base.

Why Digital Over Wall Calendars and Paper Planners?
The preference for digital calendar services can be attributed to their flexibility and convenience. With smartphones in almost every pocket and laptops in many backpacks, access to one's schedule can be as simple as a few taps on a screen. Alerts and reminders, syncing across devices, sharing capabilities, and integration with other platforms are other potential factors fueling their popularity.
The steady stand of wall calendars and paper planners can be linked to their tangibility and simplicity. Many people find physically noting down tasks and appointments a more organic process. They provide a sense of control over one's schedule, a bird's eye view at a glance, and they generally do not fail, unless you lose them!
13.8% Don't Keep a Calendar. Should They?
Interestingly, a surprising 13.8% of our respondents admitted to not maintaining a calendar. While this choice might provide a sense of freedom for some, it could potentially lead to missed commitments and opportunities for others. If you are among these 'free spirits', whether by choice or oversight, exploring a system, digital or traditional, might actually help you free up time and reduce stress.
