It's safe to say, one of the most complex and impactful relationships we navigate in life is with our siblings. We recently conducted a free paid survey to assess this universal connection. Unsurprisingly, the results were as diverse as the people who participated.
That said, it was heartening to note that the majority considered their relationship with their siblings as 'close and supportive', resonating with the quintessential familial bonds. Meanwhile, a significant chunk declared their sibling-ship as 'distant but amicable,' indicative of geographical distances, perhaps? Life often pushes us into separate lanes, but the amiable connection remains intact.

Peeping into the corners, 'strained or complicated' responses draw our attention to the universality of conflict. It's not always rainbows and butterflies, but that doesn't truncate the importance of these relations. They hold countless learning opportunities, shaping our character and world perspectives.
The 'I'm an only child,' and 'non-existent' categories point to the facets of adjustment and companionship for those without a sibling. A smaller portion identified their relationship as 'friendly but not very close' signifying the bittersweet tang of sibling relationships where the warmth exists, but in a detached sense.
